Nhl26 can’t change name

I just turned on my Xbox and went into NHL 26 club eashl and my name is stuck on Jordan NHL. I cannot change it. What do I do? In the light gray it says Jordan NHL and won’t let me open it and then my playback name is Darius and it’s in white and it allows me to change that.

Hey there. This normally happens when an account was actioned for having an offensive name. You're welcome to dispute this by following the instructions in this article. ToS will review the account to verify if the actioning was correct.
