The game freezes while showing a broadcast view of the ice, players standing still, yet the crowd is still animated, time is also at 0.0
I have had this a number of times, as has my Son. This has ruined a "Perfect" season at least 4 times and it irritates me.. We all know there will be no apology from EA, just a continued grab for money... Every other game maker that makes mistakes, 1) Fixes it quickly and 2) Rewards the users with some sort of gift as an apology...

Community ManagerApologies for the frustration with this. We're working to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thankfully, the undefeated streak requirement has been removed. I understand that doesn't resolve the how annoying this is though.
