True broadcast legacy camera

On true broadcast legacy camera the frame rate is so choppy and stuttering that it makes the game unplayable. I have been playing offline exhibitions and, in the arenas where this camera has been zoomed in, the choppy ftane rate makes the game utterly unplayable.
