WOC my character ALWAYs doing over dramatic movements

Gm EA community. My issue when playing WOC. My defensive character is doing movements that I feel are unfair n taking me outta the play ALL the time. N it's frustrating. Going from offense to defend...

Does a agility stats and elite edges can affect this.
i mean how hard your player is breaking on a sudden notice. Because i sometimes got the same issues and i did not know why it happened.
if i had full/max agility and elite edges(one of 3versions). Would it mean that my player didn't had this issue ?

or it would still occur in times when i do sudden direction change - just less noticeable because i have good agility/elite edges ?

XFs don't help with these. They occur based on sudden direction changes when you have some speed going. Not a bad thought though to have XFs help with them.
