I agree and EA_Aljo please provide us an answer. This does not make sense and will kill main events for future NHL and HUT releases. Making everything worst is the fact that pure 99 cards are already around. So no reason to hold this cards back. Therefore please correct this for the ones that reached the target being really worth the gamble! Thank you.
