Last week I completed the set for the 99x chara with my 99 prototype chara (using 10 99x collectibles). I have completed all the 99x objectives so far (20 99x collectibles). I am only seeing 9 99x collectibles in my collection. I should have 1 more collectible since I completed all objectives to date. Can I get an explanation/ have the missing collectible added back to my collection? Thank you

This is not true. They say on one of the banners on the Discover tab that you need tokens and collectibles for the 99X sets.
But yes, they should definitely have made it easier to see the difference between tokens and collectibles.
We all know how greedy EA is. But you can get a 99x completely for free.
The sets don’t have a timer and don’t disappear.
3 free collectibles every week.
The 99ovr Stone was also free, and if you’d made Next Gen Schaefer, which was free … all you have to do is earn the tokens.
It’s best to just go for the 4 easy ones, which can be earned in any mode. (best one is probably Casual against Female China)
This is what the issue is.. I just went to check and it does appear that there are "Collectibles" and "Tokens" and you need both..
Pardon my language but this is the most asinine attempt so far from EA to suck more money out of their customers... Not only do they not explain that to get the 99x players, you need a mix, but then the trade in value for these cards are completely unattainable unless you pay money to buy card packs... In order to get ONE 99x card, you have to do the work to get the tokens, but then you have to trade in practically an entire line-up of useful 97s (minimum 8) just to get that ONE 99x....

There are 99x tokens and collectibles. It's easy to confuse them so if you're searching for tokens, but thinking they are collectibles, you'll only see tokens. Can you confirm you're looking at the right item?
This seems to be a standard for EA... They either cannot count or they are screwing people over on purpose.. Too many people are missing their 99x collectibles..
I am in the same boat here.. I completed at least 2/3 tasks in the initial Lemieux/Borque set for each of them.. I completed all tasks for both Sundin/Chara an I have at least 1 for each of Draisaitel/Makar.. Yet, when I go to turn in the cards for Lemieux, i says I only have 10.. I am no math major, but 4 + 10 + 2 = 16 (18 if I completed 3 each in the first set).... not 10..
Even worse, if I remove them, I get the message at the top that they are returned to my collection, but when I go to another player to add them too, it says I have ZERO!!!!
Update I completed week 3 99x objectives. As I mentioned before I made 99x Chara. So in total that is 30 99x tokens that have been released. I used 10 to make Chara. I should have 20 99x tokens in my collection, but I only have 19.
