99x token missing

Im also missing tokens. So great that I want to make Chara and sell the TOTY one before the price completely tanks and Im missing tokens to complete the set. This is starting to become stupid 

I am in the same boat here.. I completed at least 2/3 tasks in the initial Lemieux/Borque set.. I completed all tasks for both Sundin/Chara an I have at least 1 for each of Draisaitel/Makar.. Yet, when I go to turn in the cards for Lemieux, i says I only have 10..

Even worse, if I remove them, I get the message at the top that they are returned to my collection, but when I go to another player to add them too, it says I have ZERO!!!!

From the glitches at the beginning during "pre-play" to the constant issues in HUT, this has easily been the worst EA NHL game ever..

So just found out, that EA is up to their games again... In order to land those 99x players, you need both tokens (from completing the events) and also collectibles (gained from trading in 97 rated players). So basically you need to trade in either 2 - 99s, 8 - 97s and a slew f the tokens, or if you are lucky enough to have one of the determined 99s for that player, still that 99 plus 8 -97s for collectibles, and hours/days of play to earn the 10ish tokens...

It's just stupid of EA to make the tokens and collectibles look the same

But that's not a new problem, it was the same issue with XP Collectibles.

Still, they're clearly labeled, so it shouldn't be a problem

EA_Aljo​ any official statement for mentioned issue? I am just curious why EA support suggest to write on official forum when there is no one able to answer on raised issue.

But guys, are you sure you didn't confuse tokens with collectibles in all of this? I know quite a few people who weren't paying close attention and thought that the sets required either just the 99x tokens or just the 99x collectibles - in other words, they treated the token as a collectible and vice versa. They complained that only a certain number of collectibles (or tokens) were being added to their sets, even though they knew they had completed more. They even verified that the items were in their collection, so they couldn't understand why they weren't registering in the set. The issue was simply that the required amount of tokens (or collectibles) for the set was already filled, so the remaining items from their collection couldn't be added. It was only later - either on their own or with my help - that they realized they needed both tokens AND collectibles. 

I’ve seen online that some people even completed sets for 97 ovr players to get the collectible, thinking it would serve as a substitute for the token. Perhaps the EA team made a mistake by making the tokens and collectibles look identical.

I mentioned this in that thread as well I can't complete the Connor McDavid 99X | EA Forums - 13518304  Some player was complaining about it there. I gave him a solution, but he probably just read it and didn't say thanks.
