Backing out of games

Hey there. When are they backing out? Is it before the puck drops?

Yes, before puck drop they back out. Happens pretty frequently everyday ranked/champs doesn’t matter. Games don’t end up counting just wasting time

Yeah never happened at the start of the game but seems they can just dashboard before puck drop and game doesn’t count. Thanks
