Ban duration
I was temporarily banned on HUT and I can play now but I cant use the auction. How long is this auction house ban for ? My hut ban was 14 days.

Hey, I received a ban, but I did not break TOS! I had nothing but two sales: one a jersey change for 7,000 (certain numbers are rare and someone bought mine for max price) and a random 77 overall for like 2,500 (again I assume someone was doing a theme team). I disputed it, but EAHelp came back and said I did break TOS! What gives? I’m appealing to you because I don’t know what else to do. I can give you a case number.

Community ManagerHi there. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute so ToS can investigate the ban again.
Unfortunately even though I’ve explained the situation clearly, those responsible for “reviewing” don’t seem to understand the game. It’s so frustrating.
