Bought the new Season 3 Elite Greater Chance Pack and received incorrect items

The pack doesn’t state it’s untradable and yet the items after purchase are. How does that make sense and what are we doing about itEA_Aljo​. I have photo and video proof of me buying it and received the incorrect items.
