Can't play HUT

When I open the HUT mode the mode crash with the error Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. I already tried everything, reset router, reset Xbox Series S, close profile and reopen, clean...

I played HUT since the preseason without any problem, the error started the last friday.

Please try power cycling your equipment with these steps;

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
