Created TOTS set but card won’t show

Hello, I’m reaching out for help as I have traded in two 96 TOTS cards to acquire Charlie McAvoy and it said set completed and I put him in my collection but we won’t show. I have tried adding him to my lineup but he’s no where to be found and now the two 96s I have used to make him are back in my collection and are all of a sudden account bound. I have tried resetting my game but nothing works.
