CHEL Richards
Did 34 sets to try and get Chel Richards results: 20 Girardis and 14 Shaws. What do we need to do to get Kozlov ? EA_Aljo
So what was the percentage chance for the 83? And how did EA communicate that getting Kozlov was unlikely or rare?
If you browse your own forum or the NHL HUT subreddit, you will find a lot of people here who felt deceived by this pack. And the way you've explained it here makes it sound deliberate. I will be much more careful in the future.
We have always had higher OVR items be more rare. This isn't new.
So why do you think there’s so many people upset at this set in particular?
Why did you want one of the 3 cards to be higher overall and thus more rare than the others? Why did you not want to have equal odds for all 3 cards that we needed to collect?
And even if all 3 cards had been the same overall, why did you want the Girardi/Shaw/Kozlov set to be random? To get Richards, people needed to complete the Girardi/Shaw/Kozlov set different numbers of times depending on luck. Why did you want it to be like that? Why did you not want to have guaranteed sets for the 3 cards that we needed to collect so that all of us would have had an equal chance to get Richards?
You were also asked how much more rare the 83 Kozlov was than the 82 Girardi and Shaw. What is the answer to that question? It would be very nice to know because some of us didn't get all 3 cards despite completing the Girardi/Shaw/Kozlov set dozens of time. It should definitely not have been like that. One card should definitely not have been that much more rare than the others.
