any update to this issue that multiple people had with this set? Any chance we are going to be able to get Richards ? 

That set is working as intended currently. I've relayed the feedback to the team. We'll have to wait and see if any changes come.

Disappointing to hear that considering it’s easier to get the higher Chel week cards than it was the Richards. Even when doing the upgrade sets for a chance at a card between two overalls the higher overall seems to pack the same amount as the lower. (78/79 or 80/81 and so on.) clearly a lot of people had issues with this card and it was such a waste of fodder and coins and if we knew that it would be super rare we would not have. 

What do you mean by "currently"? That set is no longer available. It expired on Friday. It was only available for 2 days.

Any luck getting a % on the chance of getting Kozlov? Or how many packs opened dropped Kozlov (again, as a %)? Should be pretty easy data for a person to pull
