Chelebration collections problems
Cannot fond the 94 player that I have exchaned for 30 collectors,
Also, unable to exchange 90-91 player to obtain a 92 Chel player.
Finally, no sign of a 90-91 player traded for 4 88-89 players.
Bizarre and frustrating!!!
On Monday night, at around 1:00 AM (Montreal time), I had accumulated enough CHELebration collectors to obtain a CHEL 94 player. I made the trade and chose Linus Ullmark 94. There was no trace of this player in my album.
Afterward, I had 18 level 90-91 players ready to be traded for 6 level 92 CHEL players, which I would then trade for 2 level 94 players, on my way to obtaining a level 97 CHEL player. I started by trading 9 level 90-91 players, and when I tried to collect the 3 level 92 CHEL players, none of them appeared in the item box or in the unopened packs. And nothing in my player album.
So I "traded" 30 ECHL Collectors and 9 level 90-91 players for nothing in return. So I lost a CHEL 94 player, as well as three level 92 players. I immediatly exit HUT and came back, but nothing changed; none of the transactions went through. I logged back into NHL26 HUT today on my Xbox console, and nothing has changed.
It's really frustrating after all the effort I put into collecting all those collectors and level 90-91 players.
My username on Xbox is Real Live#3666 on Xbox, and my team name in HUT is "fifty7s". I sincerely hope you can help me recover what I lost while completing these collections.
