Coin balance not reflecting items sold.

Yesterday I put up 2 cards for a combined roughly 69k. They both sold overnight and I came back today and my coin balance is the exact same as it was. So now I don’t have the cards, and I don’t have the coins. I reached out via chat and was told there’s nothing they can do and ended the chat. I’m now out 69k coins.
