Completing sets on HUT issue

This is the 2nd time ive completed a set, put my players in, received the inbox player, open it for it to magically dissappear. 

I did 2 91OVR sets for TOTS and got screwed twice. Lost 6-90 OVR players for nothing. They show up to open, then magically aren't in my collection... such a **bleep** off. This game **bleep** up way too much. Please fix this problem and give me my 2-91OVR TOTS players lol

We pay how much for this **bleep**. Crazy
