EA,

Can you please fix the game freezing mid game during cup chase, especially during the playoffs and finals. I can't stress how many times this has happened to me. It is the most frustrating thing to happen, considering it is hard enough to acquire cards for anything.

Also , I am not sure but I bet you have a decent player base in Australia, online is unplayable, our ping and server base, please help us out. We would like to be included, not neglected.

    Hello. I merged your message into the already existing thread for the Cup Chase freezing issue. This is still being investigated.

    Can you get me some video or a screenshot showing your ping? Is it different in NHL 26 than it was in NHL 25?
