iam still getting crashing to dashboard none of my other games do this it just nhl 26 was fine before any of the patches but everytime iam in franchise game it crashes this is a good game but i cant play it when it crashes all the time

it always when playing franchise game either in 2nd period or 3rd period and its fine when simming the games only happs when playing a game in franchise
Community ManagerIs there a particular event that happens? A penalty, a fight, a goal is scored, injury, etc.
i tried one game without sliders could thru a game no issues but wit the sliders changed the next game it crashed in the 3rd period going into the third period it was 4-2 for my team and florida scored 2 to tie game at 4-4 then it crashed
