Cup Chase Pack Issue

Has there been issues receiving packs for cup chase? I just completed my first run since the rewards change, I made the playoffs, made the finals, and won the championship but only received the make the playoffs and make the finals pack. Not sure if this has occurred for anyone else and hope this can be sorted out as the champions pack is the big one to get. Hopefully EA can help me out.

    I finished a run yesterday and got all 3 of the rewards. That’s rough too cuz the rewards are already so little and to miss a pack on top of it. Ouch.
