Disconnects during chase for the cup

Not op, but I disconnected as well, during the 3rd period of my 1st semi-final match up 2-0, which I was undefeated before. 

I can't say for sure if the connection issue was on my end or the server, but I think it's frustrating to have a reward tied to having no connection issues at all. Just not realistic unfortunately to expect the both the user and the server to always have perfect connection. 

My personal suggestion is to replace the undefeated reward with something that isn't as impacted by one or two connection issues. Something like finish 1st in the regular season perhaps 

My game will freeze in-between transition from one period to the next. Happened one time during my 18 games and then when did it happen again? Right ******* during the transition from 2nd period to 3rd period during the 3rd game of my Cup Champs Final which I was well ahead in. Wow - how fun to have to quit the game and not receive the reward because of an issue with the game that I can't control. 24 games completely wasted. Thanks EA - great job!! 

Fix your server ping, my ping literally goes up 10-15 every year... this year im hovering around 56-61 and last year was 40 and the year prior was 30.. im most likely getting a refund beacuse its unplayable

I am wired but it’s always during the game play hasn’t been during intermissions yet. 
I did my first season of it and disconnected once and I’m on my second season and have two disconnects and one time the game play froze.

i am also wired. Unsure of my actual issue I’m just curious in general if it’s happening to others . Disconnects happen but just sucks i lose a pack over it.
