Hi there. When are you disconnecting? Is it during intermissions or game play? Also, we can't rule out a connection issue. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Not op, but I disconnected as well, during the 3rd period of my 1st semi-final match up 2-0, which I was undefeated before.

I can't say for sure if the connection issue was on my end or the server, but I think it's frustrating to have a reward tied to having no connection issues at all. Just not realistic unfortunately to expect the both the user and the server to always have perfect connection.

My personal suggestion is to replace the undefeated reward with something that isn't as impacted by one or two connection issues. Something like finish 1st in the regular season perhaps
