Hey sorry for the delayed reply ,

I am wired but it’s always during the game play hasn’t been during intermissions yet.
I did my first season of it and disconnected once and I’m on my second season and have two disconnects and one time the game play froze.

i am also wired. Unsure of my actual issue I’m just curious in general if it’s happening to others . Disconnects happen but just sucks i lose a pack over it.

Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? If it's been awhile, make sure you power cycle your modem, router and console.

How often are you disconnecting?
