EA Customer Service

Hello, I spent the greater part of 4 hours on live chat with ea support only for them to finally redirect me here. I bought a 92 Overall Rick Nash from the Auction House. I never got refunded my coins and I cannot find the card anywhere (trade pile, collection, inbox, sets, etc.) 

I really don't care if I get it refunded as a tradeable card or not, I only bought it to be used in the Eric Daze set that expires in 2 days. I would greatly appreciate if this could be resolved shortly. I've been playing this game religiously for the past 5 years and I've never experienced a bug like this.

    Quick update, I just bought him again for 300k since I have absolutely no faith in this getting resolved. If EA wants to toss me 300k coins to make up for it that would be cool though 🤙

    Sorry to hear that you encounter such problems. I hope someone in here can help you. To be honest, I find it pretty remarkable, that the EA Support redirected you to a forum to get help with a DLC you bought. Good luck!
