Please fix all 99 Fantasy Cards

That’s exactly what I said. EA listened to the community’s feedback and gave the Fantasy Cards the correct speed stats. And yet EA_Aljo​  will still tell us that the INCORRECT stats for Lundell and Cozens are correct and exactly as intended.

I understand how you feel and I've let the team know. However, the speed attributes are intended so most likely, they won't be changing.

If someone would at least explain why every player has been getting massive speed upgrades since Cozens, but the first two Fantasy Cards haven’t … and not just say that’s just the way it is … then we (I) could accept it.

+8 speed for the final upgrade or +2 speed is a huge difference.

If that’s really intentional, it calls into question the entire rule about a +0.5 upgrade based on the base cards.

Are you seriously saying it's just a coincidence that the first two 99 overall Fantasy Hockey cards didn't get 99 speed/acceleration but all other 99 overall Fantasy Hockey cards have gotten 99 speed/acceleration? And are you saying that there is some kind of a logical reason why Zacha got 99 speed/acceleration when he had 91 speed/acceleration at 98 overall, while Cozens and Lundell didn't get 99 speed/acceleration even though they had higher speed/acceleration at 97 and 98 overall than Zacha at 98 overall? And even though there is a logical reason, you can't give us an explanation?

I find it very hard to believe.

And just because Cozens and Lundell weren't originally intended to get 99 speed/acceleration doesn't mean they can't be fixed now that all other 99 overall Fantasy Hockey cards have gotten 99 speed/acceleration.

Please fix Cozens and Lundell, or explain why they can't be fixed. If they can't get 99 speed/acceleration like all other 99 overall Fantasy Hockey cards, there has to be an explanation for it. And I don't understand why you wouldn't want to explain it to us. Do you really want to read our questions about this issue (and other issues as well) again and again instead of just explaining it so that we won't need to ask about it anymore?

There is no consistency. Zacha gets his +1 OVR boost to 99 OVR and also receives +8 speed for 99 speed, while Cozens only receives a +1 speed to 97 speed? There is no consistency in that or logic.
