Completely agree. Not really impressed with the presence of the moderator either. Seems like only issues with simple fixes are responded to, and the only other presence is when ea wants to give itself a handy.
I just played 2 games on diamond 2 against Montreal players and got smoked. Not because they were better but ping. All my passes and skating were slow and off and all of theirs were crisp and fast. So frustrating. EA should have a server in Toronto. It is just another example of why this game is a garbage dumpster fire and needs to burned to the ground and start over with good servers and a game that is not full of recycled code year after year with broken mechanics and glitches.
