guess i'm done for this game. no current/former sharks are captains and there were no 99x goalie sets that i could have used as a backup. would not be competitive at all this season without any salary boosts. EA_Aljo if they plan to do this again next game can they make sure there's a captain for each team or something? this is not good for theme team players. i guess i've been lucky the last 5 seasons
You could make someone like Bergeron and put him at 4c, that line won't play much anyway. That's what I did last season with Morrow (I have a full Finnish team). Theme teams don't generate money for EA so they don't care about them.
Absolutely mind blowing that it's July and we still can't use the team we want.
yeah i was thinking something like that or just make gretzky cause his number is retired by the league LOL it doesn't seem like there are gonna be anymore 99x. hope not cause I think i only have enough for 1 99x. gonna research and see if anyone has any ties to the sf bay area
At least you had all those Sharks captains... I had 82 Anders Lee and then a 90 something Doug Weight throughout the entire game for Islanders choices. LMAO. But yeah throughout this I just put the Captain on the 4th line where he gets maybe a min or two a game.

I hate this thing player stuff that makes actually building a team 1000 times harder at least for me it does and I just don’t have the patience to figure out who goes with what Captain and so forth for me. It’s just very frustrating and I might be done with her for the rest of the year cause I’m just getting too frustrated over it
Sharks fans got so many cards this year. Marleau was a 97 Captain last season.
but they were the only team to not get a hut verse card last game so. so maybe making up for that but we didn't get that many. i had to use former sharks as captains. so i was lucky the first 5 seasons. they won't do it but if they have captains next year, it really needs to be a choice pack of every team. i'd hate to pre-order and it's gonna be the same thing next game with GTA VI coming out
I agree. Every season I string together players, but then suddenly I’m $30-$50m over the cap and half to rebuild. I can’t play my best cards, it doesn’t read to me an ultimate team at this point.
