Hi there. Apologies for the frustration. The intermission freeze is one we're aware of. I haven't heard of any issues with the servers currently though. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? Thanks!
More importantly, why does “offline mode” require an online connection?! Perhaps someone should sit the devs down with a dictionary to understand what ‘offline’ means….
And if we must be connected for the entire game, how about letting objective completion data get added in somewhat close to real-time? Mighty aggravating to complete multiple objectives only to lose progress because of a dropped connection (again, in an offline game).

All of HUT requires an online connection. Your team is saved on our servers so it needs to be connected to them. It would probably be better to call those modes single player instead of offline. I can understand the confusion there.

If your connection is dropping, that's something we should troubleshoot. You should be getting notice when an objective is completed right away. How often are you disconnecting?
