How can I get the DDA or ice tilt on my side?

I’m so beyond irritated with how this game works. I’m not a great player by any means but I’ve gone on several losing streaks like 7+ losses in a row while absolutely dominating the opponent. I’ve tried using lower end cards and worse goalies nothing seems to make any difference. I just lost 2-1 where I had 40+ shots the other team had 11 and they weren’t just crappy angle shots. Red quick release from the slot and 1Ts nothing goes in. They get goals on joke shots. Idk how EA thinks this is what ppl want. I can deal with losing to someone better than me but **bleep**. This is getting out of hand!
