So playing offline in hut cup chase, first I get disconnected from their servers. 2nd game the game bloody freezes going into the intermission. The messed up part was it was the finals. So I ended up losing potential rewards due to their servers.
EA please fix this as this has been going for the last couple of nhl title games.

All of HUT requires an online connection. Your team is saved on our servers so it needs to be connected to them. It would probably be better to call those modes single player instead of offline. I can understand the confusion there.
And if we must be connected for the entire game, how about letting objective completion data get added in somewhat close to real-time? Mighty aggravating to complete multiple objectives only to lose progress because of a dropped connection (again, in an offline game).
If your connection is dropping, that's something we should troubleshoot. You should be getting notice when an objective is completed right away. How often are you disconnecting?
