Feedback on the changes to Ultimate teams this year

I have to give EA some feedback on the changes made to Ultimate teams this year and frankly, the Cup Case and salary cap system are just wolves, so completely failed things and that salary cap especially because in the Cup case format in question, those bot-controlled gangs have not followed it, but even at the moment those bots have gangs that are half as tough as ours and every match is a real pain even though I still win them by a good percentage but for me, playing NHL should be a pastime, not one that feels like a **bleep** job and after the match the sweat is just as bad as real life hockey players on the field so I can say with my hand on my heart that if EA still keeps those things in NHL 27 then I will miss the UT format and then I can also honestly say that EA is lying when they claim that they supposedly listen to and respect the customer because I will tell you this now directly and honestly how I see those reforms and I will try to tell you this objectively even though I admit that I often get really angry and harsh texts, but I hope EA takes this on board. If not, I'll have to really reconsider my stance on EA and what EA says is worth believing because so far my feedback on coded referee actions in NHL and FIFA games has fallen on deaf ears, like when I asked where EA gets its rule books and doctrines for those games because they often have whistles and violations that the rule books don't recognize.
