Saw that some people seem to be getting this while myself and others are not. What's going on?

Hello, everyone. We are currently investigating why some of you on PS are not seeing the pack when subscribed to EA Play. I'll provide an update when I have some news.

4/17 Edit: I'm seeing a lot of people started receiving the pack last night. Are any of you still missing this that have an EA Play/Game Pass Ultimate subscription?

Yeah still dont have it. On ps5 was told to wait 24 hours and to wait for my daily pack to reset both have happened and still no pack.

pretty disappointed to be scammed again by EA.

Still missing as of noon eastern. Subscribed to EA Play yesterday morning (PS5)

Still missing. Bought at like 2 yesterday and still nothing. Can we extend TOTS packs by like 24 hours? A lot of people bought specifically for that assuming they'd get it before they expire.
