Free 5 92+ OVR player pack
Saw that some people seem to be getting this while myself and others are not. What's going on?

Community ManagerThere is someone in this thread on PS that got the pack. I've also seen PS players on reddit mention they got it. Obviously, that's not the case for all of you. We're investigating it.
There are many people (including myself) who subscribed to EA Play today solely for this pack, in order to use the contents to help complete TOTS sets, which disappear in less than 24 hours.
The information didn't say anything about it being console-specific, only for new players, etc., all of which was confirmed by EA Help Chat.
This is either incompetence or dishonesty, and I'm honestly not sure which is worse.
Yeah it's just infuriating at this point. If people who aren't subscribed to EA Play got the pack then just put the pack in the store for the price of an EA play subscription and let me buy it that way and cancel my subscription.
