Saw that some people seem to be getting this while myself and others are not. What's going on?

Community ManagerDid you just sign up today to get the pack? If so, it may take a bit for that to register. I'm looking into it.
So what happens then if we don't get the pack before TOTS sets expires? We're just out of luck then?
