Game and Cup Chase Crashes

Hey Team,

I have a huge concern with the game and cup chase crashes when I play offline. Every time  your game crashes I lose all my progress on objectives, miss out on XP accumulation as well as wins, I get sandbagged with a lose and nothing to show for the time that I have put in. This is extremely frustrating and this has to be addressed please. Why should we, when playing online to finish certain objectives have to suffer the inability for your product not working properly? 

The game so far had been great, game play, reward paths as  well as different events and content. Please resolve in you best efforts as those of us who have has to suffer wasted time and effort on not receiving our acheivements through these games freezes and crashes really want to shelf the game.

    Also hitting the post seems to be the most frustrating in not counting towards shots on net. You guys do know that the the post is part of the actual net right??? Why do they not count? Also the insta tap pass with receiving the puck hitting the icon button has be an unenjoyable dynamic as well. Please look into these. Most of us have not experienced hitting the post so much and having it not count as a shot on net.

    A puck that hits the post or crossbar and stays out. Is not considered a shot on goal in the actual NHL. Why it isnt counted in this game either.

    I have jumped onto NHL 26 today and 1 game freeze, loaded up again and the internet connection was lost (that is a ps5 issue) when hardwired to the internet but 2 x loses for nothing and nothing gained from the game freeze being EAs development faultr and lack of care for game play consistency when their product craps out and we miss out. What the HELL EA wise up or shut donw. PLEASE sort this out. It is 2025 and your development team can/t stop the game from freezing mid-game play and losing all progress but getting a loss that we have no control over.
