Game just ate my Upgrade Tokens

I just upgraded MSP Mackinnon from 84 to 86. When I left the lineup screen it said he was 85. So I quit the game and entered back in. All of a sudden he's back to 84. My upgrade tokens are gone and the players I traded in for those tokens are gone as well.

Please help!!!
