EA_QueenBee Can you please give me an Yes or No answer on these questions. Is there any way you can forward this to the the support? ANY WAY? Im literally begging and it is an unique situation. Ive asked on forums and read online that the appeal never gets lifted and it takes 10+ days to get an respond from an automatic responsesystem denying it. You cant help any way? You should really get better supportsystem, this is very frustrating. Thanks.
There should be an email option to get something right away to the support and atleast get an answer in 3 days.

The length of time it takes to get a response depends on a number of factors, like volume. It doesn't always take 10 days, and again, hopefully you'll hear from them soon.
