Community ManagerHi there. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, which console are you on?
Yes I run a wired connection and and I'm on the Xbox xs

Thanks for getting back to me. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
