HUT Cup chase rewards missing

I have lost all my HUT Champs collectibles (5–6 total). After finishing my latest season today, I did not receive a new Champs collectible. In addition, I am no longer receiving Cup Chase collectibles, although the ones I already had remain in my inventory. I still receive EXP rewards and other card packs from Cup Chase as expected. It is possible that other items may also be missing, but I have not noticed any further issues yet.
This issue is not unique to me—other players are reporting the same problem. Please investigate and restore the missing rewards.

    Hi there. You get Cup Chase collectibles through completing objectives. They aren't received just for completing a season. As far as the missing collectibles goes, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate your account. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.
