I didnt receive my content and EA help was useless

Friday Dec 19 I purchased a 3200 points pack and never received it. Got an error message but my points are gone.

its been 96 hours I want my content or I’ll make a formal complaint

    I’ve spoken with 7 agents and they never help. It’s very frustrating . I just want what I’ve paid for.

    We can't help with missing points. That is something you'll need to again contact an advisor to get some help with. They should not be telling you to come to these forums for assistance. Make sure you are giving support the right Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. They won't be able to see your account without it. It's not unusual for someone to contact support from an account that is not linked to their platform account. You can find this by loading into the game and looking in the upper right. You'll see your gamertag/PSN ID there.
