Lost Points due to Store error

I have been in 3 ea chats about this but, yesterday around 5pm to 6pm i went in store when team of the season went live i went into the store it was glitching i assumed cause the traffic. I bought a 3900 point tots pack it loaded forever then told me cant process error. so i left HUT to main screen , returned back to store open another 3900 point pack it loads slow but then it freezes before it showed the  cards so i exit the whole game to restart. As i get back in HUT it shows 400 points left and i got 3 items in my inbox. So i lost 3900 points, I have been in 3 chats and just want this resolved thanks.
