Made a TOTW card and it’s missing.

Hey EA_Ken I have a problem here. I made a set to get Matt Coronato card. I added 3-80’s and the 1-79 player and it said set made. I opened the pack made my choice and it said added to team. Then I went to put him in my line up and it’s gone. The 4 cards I used to get him are now showing as account bound. What’s going on and how do we get this fixed?
