Misleading packs

I bought the ODR SZN LTD PLAYER ULTIMATE CHANCE PACK (UT) with 6600 NHL points (~52€). The description of the pack says: "50/50 chance of LTD ODR SZN player" (picture attached). After buying, I looked at the "view pack probabilities" section and found that the chance of getting an LTD player (who is 93 overall) is only 33%! I asked for compensation on EA's support chat but they didn't take me seriously, they just replied with ready-made message templates and avoided responsibility.

    They won’t help cause they don’t care! It’s been 7 days that I lost 3200 point or about 35 dollars because of an error when opening the pack… the EAhelp tell me to wait and come here and EA_Aljo will tell you to go to EAhelp… 

    I’ve come to the conclusion EA has stolen from me and with that I’ll never spend a dime with EA again.

    EA_Aljo​ Can you help me? EA support chat doesn't take me seriously. I noticed that the pack has now been fixed in the store, but I did not receive any compensation.

    Last weekend It said 49% change of 93+. There are a lot of youtube videos showing that.

    Last I saw it said 50% chance of LTD or MSP, so 33% chance of the 93. 50% chance of 90+.
