Missing beast mode upgrade tokens

I’ve seen it from one or two other guys in the forum already, but I’ve collected about 7 beast mode upgrade tokens for my Mackinnon and when I go to apply them it gives me an error, takes my tokens, and leaves my mackinnon at the same ovr. I expected to maybe get my upgrade tokens back when I got back into hut after the error…nope. I love chel but this is very frustrating and basic errors for a game that’s new and runs ya 80 bones.
