Missing content from packs…

Anyone else have issues after buying packs. I broke my “no money spent” rule to take a shot at getting the new chara… I got him… but he or any of the other players from the pack are in my collection. They were not quick sold and they are not in the trade pile. The pinned discussion doesn’t really have anything about NHL. Any suggestions?
