Missing NHL points

I spent 6,600 NHL points on the new ODR SZN LTD PLAYER ULTIMATE CHANCE PACK (UT) and I revived an error code. I lost my points and did not recive my pack and my points never came back. I’d love to get my points back because it’s a lot of money and I’ve been patiently waiting for them to be reimbursed.

(if you pay close attention you’ll see I bought the pack again immediately after the first one failed and you’ll see me go from over 20k points to 7k and change)

    I did and he told me he’d bring it up with people and to make a community post in the meantime

    Same thing happened to me it’s been 4 days and EAhelp after 7 attempts kept telling me to come here. 

    we need a solution it’s actually theft otherwise
