Missing packs from XP
I redeemed the 15 xp collectable pack(89+) but never showed up in my inbox and my collectables are gone. Can anyone help with this?!? This made me miss out on possibly making one of the chel week collectable cards

Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID so we can investigate this. We wouldn't be able to do that until Monday though.
I have done this and it has been over 24 hours since I completed the set.

Hi there. Sometimes it can take a bit to get those rewards. Make sure you completely shut down NHL 26 and load back into it. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
