Missing point

I had 2000 point on my account decided I open a pack up so I go do that the pack never opens game crashed and my points are gone ???

Hello. Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. Since it's a pack that is causing an error, I'll see if we can get someone to help with that.

This is false info. EAhelp tells us to come to EA forums for help and now your tell us to return to EAhelp… ridiculous
