NEW forward collector set packs are bugged

I made a pack for the chel week forward collector's set and got 92 höglander who is not in the forward collector sets. Is this intended or a bug? and what happens to me now that i got a faulty pack?...

Thanks for clearing that up. This is intentional, but the team will keep the feedback in mind for future CHEL Weeks.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping for it to be a mistake. I hope the team will not just keep the feedback in mind but also react to it by not doing this again in future CHEL Weeks.
