no, there aren't any such Sets

They are available through a set though. Or they will be available once we get enough tokens. There just isn't an individual set for each of those cards. But there is a choice pack set for them.

I know there are sets for tickets, but that's not what the post above suggests. 

And there are already enough tickets, as there is a store pack with tradeable ones ... i pulled 4 tickets in 1 pack (3x bronze 1x gold)

Why are some people getting two tickets and some just one from advent packs? I got an bronze ticket, while some others got bronze + silver tickets, seems unfair.

Was this removed? Cannot seem to find any such pack

The ticket exchange set is still visible in sets for me. Exit out of HUT and load back in to see if it shows up again.
